Vinification: Controlled temperature in stainless steel, three months on yeasts, finished in bottles.

Alcohol: 13 %

Total acidity: 6,5 g/l

Appearance: Pale yellow color, with greenish reflections.

Nose: Intense and persistent with notes of aromatic herbs, exotic and citrus fruit..

Taste: Correspondence with nose, good fullness, good acidity, very persistent.
