Vinification: Controlled temperature in stainless steel, three months on yeasts, finished in bottles.

Appearance: Pale yellow color, brilliant.
Nose: strong floral notes (acacia and hawthorn), elegant, intense and delicate.
Palate: Good acidity, supported by a nice texture, dry, harmonious and persistent.
