Soil : Alternation of arenaceous marl and loam with characteristics stones (cogoli).
Vinification : In controlled temperature stainless steel and medium toasted French barriques with aging in bottle.
Alcohol : 14 %
Total acidity : 5,5 g/l
Appearance : Ruby red with violet reflections.
Nose : Aromas of red fruits, well integrated with spicy notes, elegant, boisé.
Taste : Wine firm, soft, very persistent, with good structure, with tannins that will permit an optimal evolution in the bottle.
